Making money with Facebook Reels

Recently, Meta send me email and informed that content creators can now make money with their short videos called Reels. Immediately I Google it and discovered that a lot of people have been making money with Facebook short video. It seems Facebook want to replicate TikTok type of innovation. I have signed up on but I have not started uploading short videos yet. I want to read the TOS properly before I start. Secondly, I want make proper plans before i start.
